Account & Data Deletion
How to Delete Your Account
If you have created an account in DIGI Coach or MAX PUNCH, you can request deletion by following the steps below.
Option 1: Delete from within the App
- Open the DIGI Coach or MAX PUNCH app
- Go to Settings
- Tap My Profile
- Tap Delete Account (at the bottom)
- Confirm the deletion when prompted
Your account and all cloud data will be permanently deleted immediately.
Option 2: Request Deletion via Email
Send an email to info@digipunch.com with the subject "Account Deletion Request" and include your account email. We will process within 7 business days.
What Gets Deleted
- Account profile (name, email, credentials)
- All cloud training data (punch stats, session history, metrics)
- Leaderboard entries (if applicable)
What Is NOT Deleted
- Local data: Training data on your phone is not affected. Clear by uninstalling the app.
- Newsletter: Unsubscribe separately using the link in any newsletter email.
